O wonderful!! I closed one for these folks back on 7/2.I saw your post and called them...Gee we won't be paying you until the end of August I was told, because that's how we get paid....yeah, right. I only took the closing because I didn't see any negative comments about them here, or any where else...It seems like you can't trust anyone now....

You should make payment within 30 days a condition of performing the closing, and require them to state that in their confirmation. Works for me every time. They have very little to say when you show them their own statement, and request timely payment.

I do work for Full Signing monthly and have always received payment.
It does take about 30 days but I can depend on receiving payment.
If you call or email sometimes that helps. I think she has new office staff
also.

I do work for Full Signing located in Tyllahoma. They pay 30 days after the end of the month in which you signed. So if you do a closing end of month you get your money in 30 days but if you do a closing early in month it's 60 days. I will say this for Deborah Full, she paid my printing fee for a last minute cancel and she paid me for rescissions and did not give me any problems about either whereas other SS try to stiff you for last minute cancels or try to pay just 1/2 fee because loan did not fund. Incidently, their payment terms are spelled out on their confirmation. I can live with it knowing that they are fair. And yes, she did loose one of her employees lately so may be it's caused her some problems.
