Beware of Nations Title, Norwalk, CA - does not pay as agreed. Company agreed to my fee, paid within 30 days, minus $50.00. I contacted them regarding missing amount - no payment to date.

So, what did they say about the missing amount?

Many TC confirmations these days state that if errors are made, fee reductions should be expected, including one being not calling the LO upon completion of the closing.

When I received the initial amount - the scheduler said - Oops, the loan officer accidentally wrote the check for the wrong amount - she will send the remainder to you. I sent a reminder email after a couple of weeks or so - still nothing to date. I don't want to take the time to chase $50.00. I posted so others would be aware of this company. I have not been burnt by many lousey SS because of hitting the search button and being informed from this forum.
