I have worked for CFACTS for over four years. I was always paid in the past and paid well. I am now experiencing some delay in collecting payment. For the past three to four weeks I have been in contact with CFACTS regarding two outstanding invoices. One from June and one from July. As of yesterday, I was told that they are experiencing a cash flow shortage because of late payment from their clients. Yes, I did let them know that they are paid from the HUD when loans are funded, I was told no, they have to bill their clients. In addition, I do receive calls from an employee at CFACTS at least twice a week for the past three weeks letting me know that they are aware that my invoices are outstanding and as soon as they can make payment they will. In yesterday's conversation, I was told that they will try to pay me for the June outstanding invoice this week and sometime next week.. maybe for the July invoice but I will know this today 8/23. I am expecting a call today and will let the board know when this is resolve.
