I did a search and the last update on anyone getting paid for signings was in May. Just wondering if anyone else has recently gotten paid? I'm still owed $255 from Chris and Im about to do go for collections and have him reported to the credit bureau's. I did one in may and two in June. So any new updates on this company?

I've also been trying to collect for three signings. I've reported them to the BBB. On the BBB site it shows they've had several complaints and they have not reponded back on them. Good Luck

Well hopefully getting his credit score down will cause him to pay up. I plan to go through collections and will be giving them his SSN so they can track him down or report him easier.

I hate to rain on your parade BUT
This has been going on for well over a year with this company, if they're STILL not paying I doubt seriously anything is going to budge him.

Back in May we had a very long thread with Chris involved....he phoned me and after his excuses told me that he wondered if Harry would remove the negative postings on him since he was GOING TO PAY EVERYONE now. I told him that I doubted that would happen BUT if he did pay and continue to pay the postings would be positive and if he got enough positive postings, notaries doing a search would look at the current postings and make their decisions based on that.
Well, here we go again - negative postings because obviously he has not kept his word - again.
It seems that this leopard is NOT going to change his spots.....

Just got paid by Loansignersinc
I did a closing in April this year and received my check this last week. I guess i'm one of the lucky ones.  But then again I was VERY persistant!!!!
