Citi

Signings for CITI have been dwindling for me...could be the market; however, I wondering if another company has picked up the CITI closings. FISERV was good for several per week, now it is 1 or 2 - is anyone doing alot of CITIs lately?

The only reason I know this is because my in-law was to get a loan thru citi and I heard all about this...they are no longer doing many loans, and when they do, they require many stips. They want to do first along with seconds, high rates & closing costs. I could go on and on and on.

Sorry Robin,

I hate to disagree with you..but disagree I will.

I have done about 6 Citi's in the last week or so.

Very attractive rates on all of them and no stipulations..conditions or whatever. Just ordinary Citi 2nd mtgs...a couple with stated incomes.

Sure, Citi has slowed down. They all have.
