  DHL/Fiserv
Fiserv is switching to DHL as its main courier. It is 2:00 and I still haven't gotten the doc's for a 1:30. I just printed them but now the borrowers are unavailable. I know of 2 drop boxes for DHL in this area. This is insane.

I dont know too many DHL areas either but the one expereince I had with them in shipping my handmade shoes from Pakistan was that they lost my shipment and couldnt find it them when they did find it the box was all destroyed and had water damage. I spoke with others and they said DHL is horrible way to ship...but then again I was getting 3 boxes about 100lbs each shipped to me.

  Delivery Happens Late
Here, if a package is dropped on Friday, it won't be moved until Monday. Terrible business practices.

You get two, we have none. The closest one is 20+ miles away. They might want to rethink that business decision. DHL is non existant in a lot of places. No pressure there.

I was told these docs were shipped 2 days ago! With fiserv there are often fax backs (citibank) so I come home fax back then drive 10 miles to drop. I don't think this is going to work!

The closest DHL drop center for me is across state lines and in a Postal Plus store that has laundry bins for their packages....once clerk in the store and if she is in the back ANYONE can pick up anything they'd like out of the bins. I told one company that IF they wanted the package back on time guaranteed, give me a FedEx or UPS #. She said they didn't have an account with those shippers but to write out a FedEx Airbill and check Bill Recipient. I did - of course putting their name in as shipper and sender (as I do on all my airbills).
You might want to ask if that method of shipping back the docs would be ok.

  DHL: "Doesn't Handle Loan Docs".
I read that in another post, and I think it's true.

Re: DHL/Fiserv ~ DHL is not the way to go...
I have absolutely no drop boxes for DHL in may N. Cal area and they only drive by an hour away normally and will stop if there is a shipment coming tome. I get my FedEx by 11 AM, my UPS delivers sometime during the day (6:30 PM and later if they are busy) and DHL sometimes forgets to get of the highway to make the hour trip to me to drop of docs. The only one worse is Golden State they don't even know my area exists and some San Diego TCs are using them. It amazing, I tell the contacts to ship FedEx if it has to be done the next day and most of them just ignore me!

DHL has always been my LAST choice!
They are late getting the docs to me 100% of the time.
One package has received in such bad shape that some of the docs had to be redone. (Yes, I got paid for both.)

Other companies/SS/TC that I am familiar with have switched to DHL.
A month or two goes by and they get rid of them and go back to Fedex or UPS
The complaints voiced here have been voiced loudly by others and apparently fall on deaf DHL ears.
But then I've had beefs with the other two..and have expressed my displeasure with them and like DHL..they could care less what I think.

  Gets better
Try navigating their website and emailing a complaint. All links seem to be broken

When I first received notice from FiServ that t hey were changing to DHL, I immediately called Dan and asked him to PLEASE not send any DHL packages to me. DHL only runs twice a week here and their drop boxes are inconvenient to get to. He told me they still would have their FED Ex and UPS accounts and to just remind him not to ship DHL. He was going to put a flag on my name as well.
There have been other LSA in other states whom I correspond and they have done the same thing.
  Hope this helps.

Re: Irony - glad I read through to the end first
I have a Fiserv tomorrow - have a UPS label - was going to say it may be a regional thing.
