FNP Document Services - Nationwide Signing Service

Is anyone else having problems getting fnp to pay. I followed all there requirements regarding invoicing etc. and can not get anyone to respond to my emails from May 1, July18 and now again August 2. I am still waiting on payment for 12/15/06. I have emailed their accounting dept. as directed and cc Phil and Jevon. No response!! Who has the time to keep up with these slow companies...... I think they hope we will give up........And sometimes we do.

Oh I just got a call back for fnp on my many messages I have left. They have cut a check and its in the mail.

My problem child seems to be Articulate.. They call me and tell me they need me for a weekend job, its up to me when I do it, I was already busy on Saturday and asked if Sunday was OK, they said 'Sure..' So I accept the assignment.. 5 minutes later I get the docs and the lender is ADAMANT that the loan be closed on Saturday.. even the email forwarded to me which Articulate saw - said it must be done Saturday.. totally messed up my schedule! That was June 23rd. I just got the ck in the mail Yesterday - cut on 6/26 and env Postmarked 7/30! And ITS NOT SIGNED so I cannot deposit it.. You KNOW I was not a happy camper..
I'm not out to slander anyone here BUT these are the facts and I have the emails for proof..

Yes,

I had an issue getting paid too for a long time. After like a zillion calls and emails, they did finally pay. I can't remember the timeframe.

I have never had payment problems with FNP. Phil and Jevon have been keeping me busy with a new HECM client they have. I've been receiving steady calls and payments since April.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

I hope you have enough sorry to go around.

Like the rest of the above posters, I had a similar experience with FNP. In fact they cheated me out of $100 on a resign when they promised me they would not. And they took 6 months to pay and only did so after a lot of badgering.

I did one loan for them. AND IT WILL BE THE ONLY LOAN.

I imagine they treat you good and most likely other Florida notaries as well. You're not too far away so you could drive to their office and kick butt if you weren't paid in a timely manner.

It's also easier to sue in small claims court, if it comes to that, in ones home state. And, don't you suppose FNP knows that?
