I wonder whos fees will override? Hopefully not Lenders First Choice. Didn't they recently lower their fees drastically? I know, I know . . everyone is, but geez!

If they do lower their fees it's just another one NOT to work for. Time will tell.

Since they state they will have new logo, etc, I am thinking that they might have new fees? Hope not. Can't affort LFC fees, plus they also want more and more for less and less.

The same guy owns both companies. I think more a consolidation than merger. Let's all hope the Mercury people stay. They are one of the very best companies in this business to work for!
