I'm really into decorating and remodeling. Just ask my husband. We have only lived in our new home for around 2 1/2 years, and I have already began redecorating and remodeling. I Love this show. Would love to have the money to flip homes!! But I guess the market is down right now anyway.

I love it as well and got my husband into watching it. He plans to get into flipping houses one day when the market gets better and Im going for my Real estate license so we can keep the profit in the family. Did you all see the episode where the lady added to her house and losed $15K...Hubby and I both thought she was doing too much for that house. It was beautiful when she was done but she would have been better off just doing that for a house she planned to kepp for a couple of years and/or to live in.

I love the show too.

Too bad 'flipping' hasn't worked too well here for my beau. He's got a loft in a trendy little downtown. Ever since he bought it, figuring he'd flip it, hundreds more lofts have been built in the same little town for lots less $$. Can't even get someone to come and look!

In case you don't believe that the market has slowed, I notice that all the new shows on TLC, HGTV, etc. are about home staging and remodeling to get your house sold rather than how to make big bucks flipping.
