Great notarizationlast night
My favorite sushi chef needs a copy of his birth certificate and needed his statement notarized. So I stopped by on my way home last night and it took about 10 minutes. He is a great guy and always takes care of us (every Friday night) so I didnt' charge him.
I love helping people out who have done nice things for me, and appreciate it! : )

The Sushi master loves us - he is always putting something down in front of us and saying, "try it". So we know better than to ask what it is before we eat it. But we always ask after! : ) If not for that, I wouldn't have tried Monk fish liver - yummmmmm

One of mine has a particular penchant for Anchor Steam and I make sure I smuggle in a few bottles for him from time to time. Experimentation is one of the fun parts of the Sushi experience. One of my alltime favorites sushi places is in Alameda but there are a lot of outstanding sushi restaurants in California (shashimi isn't half bad either).

I am very fortunate that the best Shushi restaurant in the greater Sacramento area is 1/2 block from my house. The Sushi master is a true master (as evidenced by his scroll hanging on the wall) and has trained almost all of the other sushi chefs in town. He loves us because we'll try whatever he puts in front of us. Then my favorite chef - loves to see how hot he can make a kamikaze roll for us, he shops for peppers on his way to the restaurant on Friday's for us. He hasn't made one yet that we can't finish - although he's come close a few times. ; ) He has also turned us on to cold sake - yum. That's why I'm glad it's only 1/2 block - we walk.

I've had turtle and its great! Snapper soup in Pennsylvania
and at turtle Kraals in the Caribbean. Sea turtle was a long time ago, but quite tasty! The snapper soup is real hearty.
