last year / this year

last year I was doing 7 and 8 each day until the eom. Sometimes nine. I got two or three a day during eom, and I consider that a blessing. I guess I will be getting one or two a week when it hits the slow season.

Today I heard on the news that even though stocks are down, and the real estate business is bad, the economy is still fine. How can it be fine when loan people are getting laid off by the thousands, and those who are still in it are at about 50%

Delay in reports, election year and panic.

People who run the country have no clue on the real men and women. They are feed BS through there people. What they want is all that matters to them.

If you are smart watch out because Mr Toads wild ride has only just begun.

A friend sent me a link to a website that reports 144 major U. S. lenders have "imploded" since last fall. So, we may have more idle time on our hands than signings if the trend continues.
