I am a new Notary in GA...

My understanding is that GA is an attorney state and I cannot do real estate closings as a mobile notary, unless I am working for an attorney. Is this correct? If so, does anyone know any attorneys in the Atlanta area who are looking for notaries?
Also, I have been told by an attorney that I am able to do "structured settlements" and a typical fee is $75-ish. Is this correct? If so, could anyone tell me who to sign up with in the Atlanta, GA area? Any help to start me on the right path would be appreciated! Thanks.
