  I do a lot of
  CW's thru LSI and since they've changed their format to get confirmations to a link that NEVER opens, it's a call everytime.  Anyone else have this prob or a solution?

  Yep. Every time.  It's getting old.  The only 'solution' is to call.

  Have you been doing a lot of Countrywide with them lately? I use to do a ton and now it seems quiet?

  yes...
  they keep me busy and I love Tina out of PA, but the link stinks.  I had a low point, but was assured that they just had next to nothing going on here last month.  It's picking up again.

  I used to have no problem opening the links.  Then the scheduler starting sending 2 emails for each confirmation, one that had a link I could not open and one that had a link I could open.  Now things seem to be fixed as I am back to getting one email with a link I can open.

  I had two LandAm signings yesterday and had to call tech support, yep, twice.  The second time I wrote down the 'fix' so I won't have to call Mike again.  I had to go to Internet Options, privacy, site and allow the http link  (even though my pop-up blocker was not turned on).
