I don't understand it....
When Notaries post here asking " what should I do about this SS, Title co., lender, etc that won't pay me, or answer my e-mails. Don't get me wrong, I am not making sport of you, or the situation you're in, but the solutions are limited. You have several choices...If I missed something, please feel free to add to the list.
1.Hope by the grace of God they pay you without any further groveling.
2.Let them keep it, and hope karma catches up with the cheating, lying, SOB's.
3.File a complaint with BBB, and the SOS and see if they can grovel for you.
4.File a small claims lawsuit, get a judgement, screw up their credit for at least 7 years,obtain a writ of execution after the judgement and garnish their bank accounts,place a lien on any property they own,make their life freakin miserable and hopefully get paid before you die.
5.Ask here how to collect from fellow Notaries that are also getting cheated by these lying,unethical scumbags and hope they know a cheap hitman in the area.
