Howard lol ! Really should be posted permanently on the board (just a little reminder) before notaries eagerly accept assingments. Check on a company and then check on them again. It saves a lot of time and aggravation that no one needs. In my XXX years of working I've heard it all. The guy on the video has it down to an art.
