I did a signing for them last month and this month and they were great to work with. Paid promptly on the first loan. To early to tell on the loan for this month.They were available when I had questions and handled any problems that came up at the closing.

They're good in my book.

Had an issue with them, they do not seem to understand some states require a witness at the signing and they told me not to worry about it was it was a FL Property. No way would I close a loan without meeting the state requirements. So if you are in a witness State be alert and always abide by your State requirements.
