  Katlady'z - FYI
Previous posts about her were postiive. They were from 06 though. Took one in April from her. Still not paid. Threatened her with bbb and she did call me back. She asked me to give her 3 more weeks. 3 weeks to the day is all I will give her. Be careful with this co. Sounds like they are going under.

I am new to this web site. I am a Notary Public for CT and MA, I live in Ma and work for a lawfirm in Ct so I have both. How do I make this available to visitors to the website. Also how do I become part of the mobile notary group? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Click the orange "search" button and pay Harry to be a member. The rest is up to you. Call every company on Signing Central but don't do it until 2009, when the market comes back where it should be. THere are too many notaries and not enough borrowers.

  Re: Katlady'z - FYI...woops..
Didn't MA impose some limitations on signing agents up there? Be careful..and as already said - sign up with every company in Signing Central (and then some)...
"How do I make this available to visitors to the website."
Not quite sure what you mean here

I believe MA is an attorney only state.

  Re: MA atty state unless
the notary is working under the DIRECT supervision of an attorney, as I understand it. However, since she lives in MA & works for a CT atty, I don't see how she could be working under direct supervision of a MA attorney, unless the atty is licensed in BOTH states...purely speculation, of course.

Why would you give her additional time prior to reporting her? She clearly is 'late' with payment, in the best case. Report her and when you receive payment update your report that you were paid in xx days. Stating the facts may help someone else.

I would be very leery of working for a business with such an odd name to begin with. For a pet sitter, OK - but for a signing service? Doesn't give a very professional first impression at all.

Shannon, I know their name is strange. I had to ask a couple times how to spell it. It is spelled the exact way I wrote it. I have no idea how they came up with that name and didn't ask. I did a search before I accepted the job. There were both positive and negative, so I took a chance and lost. Other than the obvious bad companies, I try and give the benefit of the doubt. This is the only one I'm sitting on for payment and generally don't have a problem
