LDSS-Shawna Owens----DOES NOT PAY!!!!
Still not paying out for signing done back in May 29th...for a silly loan app fee of $70.00. I got a couple of emails from Shawna saying she would be getting the payment out...nothing ! Her assistant Amanda sent me an email saying she has stopped working for Shawna Owens altogether. Shawna also provided me the number to her "new bookkeeper"...which always goes to message and I never get a return call. Suprise Suprise....
So unprofessional...if she never intended to pay us notaries...why in God's name would she be so reckless as to continue to contract out signings...thats intentional fraud. Better Business Bureau has been notified and a complaint filed...
Sending her to collections and reporting to Credit Bureau next. Bad, bad, bad....
Anyone else have such a wonderful experience with her also?

I did a reverse mortgage signing for her June 29 and I have not received payment yet. I called and left many message and email, but she has not returned may calls. I spoke with the Title Company in the transaction and they told me that, they are not doing business with them anymore because of this issue (not paying notary). I just file a claim with BBB.com, if I do not received payment I will file a small claim.
