LDSS has gone out of business

Google the SS owner name and you will find she has posted that this company is out of business. Not going to make any attempt to pay past due invoices.

I worked in good faith that you would pay me, bent over backwords for your clients, to make sure your business looked good. The least you could do is pay what you owe, no matter what.

Allof you that have been stiffed by her should file a small claims lawsuit and hire Calnotary to serve the papers on her since calnotary knows where she lives....just a thought.

Shawna owes me 175 dollars for two trips on a reverse mortgage..spent hours with her clients..they were elderly...I just called her cell phone, 951-500-6724 she is currently babysitting...she should be in jail...isnt this called theft.

She owes me $100. If I drove by her house I think I would be inclined to stop and inguire about the money she owes everybody and what is her plan of action. If she has no intentions of paying then she is an individual with no integrity whatsoever. Just my not so humble opinion.

If you go to her website after Google search...you will see she just basically said "Business is closed down"...no attempt to even pay us for past invoices. She took the money from the title companies for our hard work and decided to just keep it. I am glad to see others posting here. I did report to Better Business Bureau and proceeded with collections and reporting her to Credit Bureau. Boo on her!

In November of 06 she asked me to get a copy of ID from a borrower 2 miles from my house for $50. I did it. I had to chase my moneyfor 5 months. Finally she said she will send me a check for $75 because of my troubles. She sent me the check and it did not bounce.
