No doubt you provide a valuable service but don't be surprized if your profile disappears as well. The find a notary is intended just for that, to find a notary Not to find a collection agency.
I see nothing that indicates you close loans or are a noatary.

For the rest of you
I also do not see the need to slam Rachel for the error. There is already to many people to quick to pounce on perceived transgrassions. A little civility and professionalism is called for on this site. Google yourselves and see what pops up. You should see some of your postings and some I have seen are not complimentary to a professional image. This is not a private forum in that respect

People are free to respond to posts however they want on this board. Do you really think you're telling us something we don't already know? Just because you choose to respond a certain way doesn't mean it's the right way, it's just your way. Don't tell us what our way should be.

A genuine apology reflects true repentance

The fact that she linked to her profile which contains more of her blatant (and prohibited) advertising is an indication to me that she isn't apologizing at all, but taking a second stab at advertising.

Harry does a wonderful job of making this a quality site for us as a professional resource. Advertising on the site is counterproductive to that end.

Anyone looking for a signing agent in her zip code wouldn't be calling her from her listing here. Doesn't mention she is a signing agent, just advertises her business.
