New Mexico notary commission

I have a friend who wants to become a notary in New Mexico and asked me how to start. I told him check the state website for info. he said there is not much there. Do you know what the requirements are in New Mexico? Thanks. I am in Ca. and could not help him.

Both these I got from following Notary Rotary's link - you have to click on Notary Public 101 and then select the state and click on Become a Notary and then you get to the info
