OT A BIG THANK YOU FOR PAW

I would like to publicly thank PAW for his help on a closing I had this morning. He is the consumate professional, willing to help no matter the day or the hour, when needed. It is his spirit of willingness that is indeed a credit to our profession. So, thanks PAW for your generous help and if you're ever in Va., I'll buy you the best steak dinner ever.
