I have a red-eared slider turtle named Cecil and he is spoiled rotten. Tortoises are a bit easier, my turtle is in a 40 gallon tank and he constantly gets the water dirty. Are you going to set up an inside or outside habitat? Have fun, I don't know about tortoises, but turtles have amazing personalities, I think they're so cute!

they have an area outside but come in the house in a BIG hard plastic box when it gets colder at night...........
they ARE cute... and when we went to the turtle reserve/rescue it was so much fun watching them all.....
we are going to a bigger next week and I might add to my gurls
