OT/sort of /Apostille question
Question: does anyone know the correct pronunciation of APOSTILLE?
Could it be: Apostille (uh-POS-til) or perhaps (ah-POS-te-ah)
Please forgive my clumsy try at phonetics.

I don't think the dictionary.com reference is right.
I've always heard A-pah-STEEL (where "a" = sound "apple" begins with, "pah" as in "Ma and Pa" and emphasis on the last syllable.

Okay...So it's a French word. Anyone take French one? I think I may go with dictionay. com.
But....How do you pronounce St. Louis? St. Lu-iss or, St. Lu-ee? Or Llama? Lah-muh, or Ya-ma
or Pierre SD? Pe-air or Pier? Sometimes we say common French or Spanish words incorrectly, because of common usage.
Anyway thanke you all for the input
