Did a closing 3/12/07 - After numerous calls, emails and faxes to them I tried contacting The Lending Connection. They were just as helpful as Pinnacle, they ignored me too. I threatened them with the "Attorney General" I tried everything. Except going to small claims court (and that is just a waste of money and time if you only have one or two that owe money and the court house happens to be a 2 hour drive one way). Finally I sent an email and told them I was going to talk to the borrower and let him know my problem and since he is a business owner in the next town he might be interested in hearing about this. So, they sent me an email saying they were so sorry I hadn't been paid and it would be checked into and I would have a check cut 8/10/07. Well, since the mail is slow maybe it will arrive Monday 8/13 (And if I believe that I am probably stupid enough to buy the Brooklyn Bridge).
