Has anyone yet to get paid by this company? I am still waiting been 90 days out now since the signing. Just get the run around when David or Matt emails me.

You are the owner of the work you performed on the file. Tell them to either pay you or return your work to you.

I had a similar problem a while ago with a title abstract that I performed. When I demanded that they return the abstract (my property ) or pay me for it...they were very happy to generate a check. Of course I had the benefit of the attorney's lien on the file permitted by the State of Connecticut, and that exposed their clients to legal action also.

I finally got paid in July for a signing in February. They are now on my "no-no" list. I can't wait that long to get paid.
