Progressive Closings and Escrow? G/B/U?

I have a closing for them tomorrow night, already did the search button, got nothing. Anybody got anything on them? tia

There's been alot on them recently- try Progressive "Closing" instead of "closings" - it's there. Not too positive either, I'm afraid.

Used to be one of the very best. Recently, though, they've been doing the deadly combination of lowering their fees and lengthening their payment time. Not a good sign.

Thank you Carol,

I checked it out under Progressive Closing as you suggested, there's more than enough evidence of no pay from them. I just called and cancelled the appointment. Better safe than sorry.

I've had no problems with them.

I did 6 closings for them between 7/17 and 7/30. (None of the closings took more than 10 minutes). I had a check for all of them in my mailbox today.
