...is really "noteworthy", but you might want to peek at the thread starting with message #203374 & covers the topic of timely payments by meager paying companies. It'll shed some light on any flames you may receive.

Maybe because of the majority of my signings are for Spanish speaking borrowers? I would never take a lowball fee from anyone, no matter how much business they send me.
