Received payment from Nexus & Mobile Signing

Received payment from Nexus Signing Solutions yesterday and I also received a check several weeks ago from David Baca at Mobile Signing. Nexus owed me from a signing I did on 5/7/07. I have yet to receive payment for a signing I did for them on 6/11/07. The payment I received from Mobile Signing was for a signing I did for them back in February. It took me reporting both of these companies to the BBB and threatening small claims. To those that are still owed money by these SS, don't give up! Ride their butts until they pay! Good luck. :0)

I was called last week by Nexus and declined the job, telling Dan it was because of the recent negative payment posts on this board. I will have to see a lot more positive comments before I will take a job with them in the future.

What did Dan say when you told him about the nagative posts? David Baca at Mobile Signing threatened that he was going to write the SOS and report me for harassing him. LOL!

Thank you for this information - PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ASSIGNMENTS FROM MOBILESIGNING-dot-COM / DAVID BACA - I did a signing for them on 4/29/08 - still no payment as of 06/20/08 - Called and spoke with David Baca numerous times - e-mailed him numerous times - have all contacts with him thoroughly documented - keep on getting excuses like hard drive crashed as well as promises to mail a check out tomorrow then to get back to me after contacting Julie when there has been no payment for a week after that - At this point I am going to go ahead and report them to the BBB and D-and-B for non-payment - I am also now willing to share the information I have on MobileSigning-dot-com with other Notaries - so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or have some information about them to share - Thanks again for the post

This is a follow-up to my prior post - I have just received the check from them yesterday - one month late - after I have initiated collection efforts using OldDebts-dot-com which sent Debtor the first letter with the word Collections on it - Another business name for the company is JD Signing Services - another possibly old address begins with 237 - do not recall the street name - and ends in Irvine CA - info on other name and address is off of the check I deposited
