STILL NO PAYMENT from Fox Signing Services...SM

I was told when I accepted the assignment on 06/29/07 that a check would be cut on 07/15/07. Surprise. Surprise. Still no payment and no response to email or invoices.

Anyone else experienced this with them? Any suggestions?

I preformed a signing for them about 45 days ago. I am still waiting for payment but it seems about all of them are paying in 45,60, or 90 days. Seems as though it takes longer and longer to get payment.

I stopped working for them a couple years ago because of their cheap fees and slow pay. I've read how their employees are soooooooo nice to work with. Oh yeah? Wait until you start calling them because they haven't paid you. Ha!

Had the same problem - went directly to the Common. of PA. Filed a complaint with the Dept. of State, Bureau of Enforcement and Investigation, Professional Compliance Office. Telephone number is (717) 783-4854, Mary Sue Ferster. Invoice was over 90 days - got paid within 7 days of filing complaint. Sure they are nice when they want to hire you, not so nice when you want your money. Go get em folks

I didn't find them so nice when trying to schedule me. The woman that called seemed to get irritated when she called and for the third time I was honestly not available for their signing. She seemed 'put out' and I really believe she removed me from their data base since I have never heard from them again.

Hi Becky Did you finally get paid? I accepted a signing for them for Sat. August 25,2007. I am leary if I should take the siging if they are known for not paying. Please advise.
