Speedy Closing

I did a closing for these people June 13 and have yet to be paid. On 8/6 they said they were printing the checks and would be mailed out 8/7 - still no check. Anyone else had problems with them? Any recourse we have on getting paid? I'm fairly new to the business. Thanks!

It's best to do a search before you accept the signing or immediately upon acceptance as you can always send it back to them right away---and tell 'em why!

Last month and the prior month I turned down a couple of signngs offered by them because of the non-payment issues listed here on NOTROT. I am so glad that I did not take them.
