  Stay away from Statewide!!
That's right, Statewide Closing Services, LLC; Mr. Bryan Bayless. At first things have seemed to go smoothly, payment would be received within 30 days ( I was upset but was assured it would arrive sooner if possible) So sent my invoice and what not and over 30 days later no word, Brian won't answer his phone and better yet, the Office number is no longer in service!
Thankfully I kept documentation regarding the closing with the Title Company info, Lender and LO info so I will be in touch with them all today.
Crooked company to deal with! Be cautious because the company is out of Dayton Ohio. Got to love this line of work haha

  Re: have you noticed
Yes that is something I have just recently noticed; must be an Ohio thing but I won't stop until I am paid

Brian Bayless was with National Signing Network, which was also out of Dayton. Do search on them. Bad news.

It is so sad! I've conducted several closing for them and there were no problems. Never contacted them in order to pay my closings. I got sufficient checks all the time.

Don't confuse -- there are at least 2
Statewides. The one in IN pays regularly and always has! The Statewide in IN you have to send them an invoice and if I forget, I get a reminder email to send in my invoice. The pay could be better, but they are great to work with and I've always gotten my check. So be careful when you put just someone's name in the subject line and don't give location.

  Statewide is........
The owners of Statewide and Nexus were the Principals in the defunct National Signing Network. NSN did not pay me and the High Point Title/KY ignored my requests for help in collecting. The only time I have been unpaid by an Ohio SS, they have been out of Dayton - I don't know why.

  Re: Statewide is........
Yes, sorry about it. It is Indianapolis, IN. It is so confusing when there are two the same names.
