Steps to take for non-payment issues

I spoke to NNA regarding non-payment issues with Premier Document Services and Nexus signing solutions. They told me we can call the following agencies (which I didn't know would help us)
Better Business Bureau (only if the company is listed with them)
Federal Trade Commission 1-877-382-4357
Local FBI office and ask for the DUTY OFFICER.
I think if we banned together on these issues meaning all of us contact these agencies and not just write off these companies we would get somewhere.

How about a class action lawsuit against some of these companies? I was looking into that last week. But I need to call my lawyer on that to get more specifics.

Why would you want to do a class action lawsuit?

Don't fight other people's battles for them. The only ones who end up with any money in a class action lawsuit are the lawyers, and I'm almost positive this situation wouldn't really qualify as a class action suit anyway.

If you've got a legal issue, file your own suit. It would make more of an impact on these companies if they were hit with 50 different lawsuits than it would if they were hit with one lawsuit with 50 plantiffs.
