Not a bad week so far, 5 scheduled and 2 canceled and its only Tuesday. Better then I thought for mid month and current conditions. Miss a call early today and when they answered Sign on the X I said I dialed the wrong number..lol

There's people out there who are taking these low ball fees! I had to go behind one a couple of weeks ago who didn't even check to see if the BO had dated the RTC...! When the signing agency called me to go out and do it correctly, I asked them point blank if they paid him $40...!They had initially called me first and I turned down the fee...evidently the newbie (I know who he is) accepted it!

I got a call Saturday from a SS to notarize 2 or 3 deeds in office on Sunday and the pay would be $45 . Wow when I said no and quoted a fee for general notary + travel, she said... I'll call you back. didn't think I'd get a return call back but she did and met my fee.
