I ordered a new notary seal from NotRot on Wednesday, it arrived today!!! And the postage was exactly what Harry charges. No "handling" fee. I don't know how Harry can make any money at the prices he charges.

I recomend pre-inked flash from NotRot. It is more expensive, but the best impressions and no mess. I have from NNA and I'm not satisfied, do not use at all, wasted my money.
