  Just sent me a PM regarding my comment on their very slow payment.
  Stated  "Your comments are way out of line, as we have one of the best pay policies in the industry, far outweighing any other company.
 
  NOT
  I replied that I stated my experience.  I had emailed, phoned and the was solicited for a donation for a total stranger for the hurricane.  When I asked about my payment, I was told, they forgot????
  What kind of payment policy is that?

  I was also a victim of the hurricane and was without electricity for 2 weeks, working out of my mobile office in the car and also running a powercord to the refrigerator.  I was not in a position to donate to a total stranger.  I had a blue tarp on my roof from the hurricane damage.  I had bills to pay and I just insisted on being paid for services performed.   Shame on me!!!

  Shame on you Margaret for expecting to be paid for your services. I mean, what kind of signing agent goes out to do a loan signing and expects to get paid for their time and knowledge etc!  (JK of course)

  I very much disagree with his statement regarding his payment policy.  Once I have to chase down my payment and get the run around.   I am done with that company.  
  I just yesterday did a Countrywide, split package with 27 pages of faxbacks.  I told them my fee of $250 and they did not blink an eye. They know I do quality work and I will get paid at funding which I am usually paid in less then 7 days.  I will stand on my head and do back flips for this company.  They are also scheduled and not last minute.  I do not do a lot of last minute as I have regulars that book me a head of time to make sure I can fit them in my schedule.   I got a call on Monday to do a closing and I could not fit it in my schedule.  The borrower had told his loan officer that he wanted me to do the closing, I did his last re-finance and I had left my business card.  His loan officer tried to push for Monday, EOM and the borrower said he did not want to close with any other notary but me.  I explained to him about end of month and loan officer commissions and he said " He did not give a s*it about the LO's commission.
  Also I was not paid $100 for the closing I did for Trans State Closers

  AMEN Sylvia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You are the very best.  No one has to bug you to get paid and you pay a fair fee and within seven days.  Thanks for being here and allowing me to do business with you.  You are definitely a WINNER in this circle.

  I try and get the check in the mail the next day, but sometimes I mail the checks on the Saturday of that week. You are one of my best signing agents and are the first I call in your area.

  I am great, Thank you.  I am trying to stay busy with everything.  I have added RM loan officer to my hat collection.  I also do RM applications and RM closings for another company.  I love working with seniors and I appreciate them the closer I get to their age.

  Wow... that's not been my experience at all.  Is there more than one??? My experience has been excellent.  The staff has always been supportive and speedy with response time on any questions or situations with docs and the turn around time on payment has been great!

  Trans State has always paid me at around 30 days.
  That's more than reasonable to me.  I've never had to chase them for payments.
