Trying to reply to Korey's message

I've tried to reply to Korey's message about the signs. Whenever I do, it runs very slow and I can post. I posted a reply to another thread without any problems in between.

I get the following message by my Norton Firewall:

"A recent attack on your computer was blocked" When I clicked on the details, I got this message:

Intrusion: HT TP IIS% 2e Dos
Intruder: local host (3870)
Risk Level: Medium
Protocal: TCP
Attack IP: www.notaryrotary (64.199.248.52)
Attaced port: http(80)

Any thoughts on this from the techies?
