Update : Valley Wide Notary Service (AZ) ----
---- they have, at last, paid me the promised 'print & trip' fee. It took 75 days for the check to arrive in my mail box. I never did find out what they're payment terms (other than the p&t) were when I worked for them in May; now I know. Good luck to all of you who are still owed!
