Update on Top Notch Signings post
I posted on Monday about this company's non-payment - in the spirit of fairness I want to post that I received a call yesterday from a James Kelly, the purported owner of the company -he told me he'd taken care of the issue personally and my check was going out that day. I did in fact receive a check today for the full amount due - the issue will be considered resolved upon clearance of the check. Thank you, Mr. Kelly, for keeping your word.
