Valley Wide Notary Services of Arizona....Watch Out!!! ....

....another 'impossible/difficult' company. They are playing the 'don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails' tactic to avoid dealing with paying a trip fee due me from a May, 2007 canceled at the table refi. They seem to be associated with a company called American Mortgage Specialists. And, in all fairness to these guys, the one returned email (of many sent) that I received stated that they thought I had been paid, however my several requests for them to 'show me the check' have gone unanswered & my records show nothing. So, watch out out there!

This is the company I referred to while back where they paid after 60 days. In fact, today is the 64th day....maybe I'll just show up in their office and sit in the lobby until i'm either paid or escorted out. (film at 11)

Update----

....I just received an email from Valley Wide saying, essentially, that my payment went out on Monday, August 9. If so, that would be about 75 days for payment. & I thought they paid in 30 days!?! (Mr. Signing Doc, you may have to wait a bit longer.) When/if the check is in the mail box, I will update here.

office in Chandler Arizona. Met with Darren Diburgo, Finance Director. He advised me that they were undergoing a severe restructuring and that they would be paying all past due notaries 'in a timely manner.' He advised me that I would be paid by Tuesday the 14th of August (meaning I would receive it by then). I advised him that if I didn't receive it, I would be back in their office that same day. P.S. This is definately one not to work for. JijJu Cho hired me out to do a signing on 6/22/07. After 14 days, I called for payment, and was told that they pay at the end of the month following the month that the signing was completed. On Aug 5, I still had not received payment, and was referred to the GM Tom Buron. His number is 866-385-5449 (Office) 480-213-1497 (Cell). He promised to expedite my payment. Today is 8/14 and Tom Buron is now unreachable. What a waste....I will be on AZ soon, and I will go to see them personally.

I just got off the phone with Tom Buron who IS the General Manager. I got the same cell number. He advised me that he will be handling all past due accounts with the notaries and will get us paid within a few days. I'll give him until the end of week before I start any legal action. They are located on 2200 N Arizona Ave (aka Country Club), Plaza 8, Chandler AZ 85225 on the west side of the street. I also 'worked' with JinJu Cho (except it was on the 5th of June)...and she told me that they pay "net 30".

We shall see what we shall see

You're calling to check on payments after 2 weeks? That is completely unreasonable.
