Watch out
Just wanted to give a fyi on sox signing solustions and premier document services. they both owe me from april and may. sox will not return calls and they hang up on you. I know that they have been paid because I called the title company. I am not messing around with these signing companies anymore. I remember when we would get called from the title comany directly and get paid in 10-14 days. Premier days the same things. The title company has told me they were paid 1 wk after funding. We noteries need to take our business back. We do the work its our money!!

I cannot for the life of me understand why after all the discussion on this board and others, why people (Notary's) continue to sign for these companys. I'm not brightest in all the lamps but I do get it. All I can say keep on signing and pray they will pay you. We all do work for our money but we have to do a little research and use some common sense.

There have been only a couple of companys that didn't want to pay me, in the past. But I have always collected from them. SOX may be a challenge, to be sure. We'll see. I may have to change hats from Notary to collection agency. Collection agencies can be a royal pain in the neck. I'll post any results. DD
