I got 3 calls today...I missed one early this morning. The I got a call from Madison credit...didnt take. Got a signing tonight at 7p by some company named Land????? Didnt quite catch their name. Other than that.....

Good Luck with that....
I have been fighting with PA to try to get a commission. Since I don't have a full time job in PA, and I don't live in PA.... no commission for me....
So unless you want to lie on an application to get a commission (which I won't do), I think your S.O.L. on that idea.

I looked into that last week. No can do unless you meet PA residency requirement. You might be able to offer to close PA loans if the borrower will agree to meet you in your state. Just a thought. I get calls on a regular basis for PA and I am in MD.

Hi NJ notaries, I was told by the LO that NJ is a attorney state. Yesterday I had a conversation with my neighbor (she is a loan officer) and she was very upset with the fact that one attorney is not accepting e-docs, but overnight only. He told her that they can't print it out. I told her to reffer him to notaryRot and find someone from NJ.

Dead here in Cleveland,Ohio..1 today
Moved from PA. 2 months ago where I was doing 2-3 a day and 5-6 on Friday to 0 here on most days,but sure is nice to be home again!
