Just got offered $60 to travel 30 miles one way for a e-doc signing from LandAmerica. Told them they needed to call one of their un-licensed notaries for that one, they may be able to afford to do that one.

This sounds like what Transunion is doing. Plus they keep trying to take $4 for background check from EVERY closing they send to me.
