I'm sorry, nez. It doesn't look like you'll be collecting
any time soon from this deadbeat.

Holy smoke! Now some of our thoughts about ...
... some of the signing services are shown to be true!
Now if somebody would catch up with ... oops; that'd be libel.

She is still listed as active on the SOS site
I think I would contact the TC. You might send a nicey-nice letter to the TC asking if they knew they were doing business with a recently convicted felon. Attach a copy of her mug shot and conviction details and kindly request that they pay for your services.
I would also contact the Seminole County Sheriff's Office to see what (if any) action could be taken.
I'll fax the SOS her commission info, mug shot and conviction details.

contact probation officer??
Perhaps you can contact the probation department. Fraud is another crime that she might not want to be charged with. Just a thought...

Re: contact probation officer??
Or the sheriff's department to file charges against her - that may revoke her probation and send her to jail

Anyone contemplating taking action about the felon ...
... should be extremely careful. Start with the SoS, ASKING if the Office is aware.
Be extremely careful with notifying any businesses.
"No good deed goes unpunished."
Don't put yourself in the crosshairs of a proven unscrupulous person, felon or not.

I worked for her once. Called me and told me she had a signing 4 miles away, last minute. I was at a closing when she called. As it turned out it was 40 miles away. She did not pay me my agreed upon fee and then would not pay for the extra mileage after I told her. She tried getting me to do other closings but I told her I could not work for her again.

My first thought was: does she have your personal info?
Since I did signing recently where identity theft was involved (bor id stolen, about to lose home) this comes to mind. Perhaps a call/letter to credit bureaus to put hold on any credit inquiries w/o your being notified for example. Some sort of measure taken as though you are a victim of, as it could very well happen. Trouble seems to breed trouble...
I certainly don't mean to be alarmist, but have seen so much of this sort of thing, that I feel an ounce of prevention could poss. go a long way. jmo
