I googled this - their P.O. Box is Salem, WI - Dept. of Corporations has a listing for LIA but not LIA Signings, Inc.....
I know - not my problem and above and beyond but there it is....
In the meantime, a certified letter can be sent to the P.O. Box (I'd send it certified AND regular mail just in case they refuse the certified, but I"m sure your attorney knows that)...you'll need a physical address and/or an agent for service if you end up proceeding to litigation.

I was sent a check with the Box 212 address in Salem Wi. Check the lender/Settlerment on the last job from them, maybe they could give you an address.

LIA / LSI. They sure don't look like the same initials to me.
People who want to be in this business should learn to know who the players are and how they all fit into the picture. Because you return docs to a location does not mean that is who hired you.

I have personally done a few for them and have never had any problems getting paid. I do know they had some issues which have been resolved and they are slower in paying, about 45 days but I have always been paid with the fees I asked for. Slow pay is better than no pay and if you continue to do signings, it all adds up the same in the long run. If you call them at 877-744-6542, ask for Crystal, I have never had any problems getting in touch with her.

Spoke with Grace this afternoon about my July invoice... was told they just mailed out over 500 checks today. Could tell me if mine was included but to call back tomorrow and speak with Crystal.

I think you're thinking of another company, Robin...do a search here for LSI...they don't pay at all, which has been discussed extensively.
