I use an Excel spreadsheet and Quickbooks. Both work great for me.

I came across a great program that is MS Access based (you don't need access to use it). PM me your contact info and I'll get you the e-mail for the developer. This application will take care of everything from scheduling to contact management and invoicing and its less than $100. There is a demo version available but I'm not sure if it's available anywhere on the internet right now.

I have that one - and can't figure the stupid thing out - too involved for me..although I do love the mileage tracker.

I love the way I can create an professional invoices. I can create lots of accounts. They have a check book registry format which is easy to use. I just name my account i.e. Mileage 2007 and log it in the registry. I do not use the program part that is for mileage however. It also makes it easy to do my tax's. I just links to tax categories so that at the end of the year all I have to do is export them to any tax program and the click of one button. Pm me if you would like more information.

PCasey/Co - Thank you for the informative less than expensive MS based software - I need this product or one as simple w/o spending time setting my own in excel. can you pls forward the contact info or website to me? Even if not in mass distribution, I would enjoy looking at the features. I have recently drawn a blank when I tape in to the "free" software web sites.
Again, thank you for your courtesy in sharing and your insight.
