volunteer opportunity

This coming weekend in Rutland County Vermont there will be a Multiple Sclerosis bike tour, and as usual, I will be providing ham radio communications. The MS Society requires notarized permission slips for minors to participate. Most of the participants had this taken care of beforehand, but last year I notarized two permission slips the morning of the event.

I imagine MS Society events in other areas would have the same requirement.

Thanks for the information. I just contacted the MS Socitey to volunteer my services for the Tampa FL area. They are going to have someone local, call me back.

I know how important this can be. I had a friend that passed away a few years ago and I currently have a distant family member suffering from MS at this time (in Kentucky).
