500,000 E&O coverage in CA?

Does anyone in CA carry this amount (500,000 e&o) as an individual?

Also, if a lender requires this amt. and a notary was contracted through a signing co. isn't the signing company the party required to show proof of this amount to escrow...not individual notary who has been contracted as 3rd party.

Just to get an idea...what is the amount of e&o most of you in CA are carrying? I have been trying to research the 500,000 coverage and do not see anyone covering above 100,000.
Thanks for any feedback

The signing company is responsible for this $500k when the lender requires is

Provident requires $500, and the signing company must have a rider that coveres subcontractors who works with signing company.

I have never been able to get individual for more than $100k

I carry 100k and that has been sufficient for mostly all my clients, TC and SS.
