Re: Sue...

They are probably paid off the HUD so their A/R is small. They don't say what their annual revenue is, $50K Good Luck to the buyer.

Re: A Business Opportunity ----am I the only one that caught

this?

"We have an established website and a database of thousands of notaries that we have used or have signed up with us."

no offense to us notaries ..... but who cares? It would have more meaning if it was CLIENTS not notaries who although we are great and fantastic do not add to the revenue in the sense we generate any business........... we complete the business the clients bring in... so this ad IMO is written to attract an XYZ or someone who thinks whadda deal!

again, JMO!

Re: A Business Opportunity ----am I the only one that caught

I would like to know:
Who they are. Am I signed up with them?
How are you safeguarding my personal information? How is it being stored currently? Mostly 12-14 pages faxed to companies to get in their databases - where is that right now?
If I am in this database, I want to be deleted, now.
This also means that someone who needs a new list of names, numbers, can spend 50K and have 1000's worth 50K+ ea. Course, they won't spend full $50K, so the potential for riches on my dime is great.
Shouldn't there be a way to find out who they are?

Re: It's One High Priced Rolodex.

JBA, the way to find out who's selling is to answer the ad. Serious Inquiries Only means that you can't smile while you do it.
