A Keen Signature Services

Any update on A Keen Signature Services. Just had a call wanting me to do a edoc signing for $90.00. When I quoted my fee they said they would see if they could get it approved but wanted me to sent updated E & O. Even with business so slow I don't want to keep getting stuck.
